I'm stating facts. He's a recovering drug addict. I remember him whining about marijuana of all things in the 90's and then he goes on to abuse pills. Stating the truth is not slander.

There is indeed a big difference between someone who smokes marijuana and has no particular ill will towards anyone else who does so, and a drug addict who hypocritically wails against drug use day in and day out on the airwaves.

I don't watch TV or listen to the radio so I am not familiar enough with Rush or Casey.
