Yes, take away those people who screen for guns and explosives in airplanes. That would make things much safer. I'm guessing that some people don't have the intelligence to think things through.
Maybe you don't

That is not my interpretation of the message. I believe he specifically stated that TSA should not grow beyond airports but should do a better job at oversight and self-regulation - not necessarily synonomous with growth, could actually be interpreted as improve efficiency which could lead to downsizing.
I agree with you that government agencies tend to grow, not shrink, but again that is not what I believe this poster is saying.
