US Troop Deaths in Afghanistan Under Obama Surpass 1,000: Two-Thirds of US Casualties in War | Breaking news and opinion on The Blaze

Quote:
Nonprofit advocacy group Just Foreign Policy noted:
That means that nearly two-thirds of the U.S. fatalities in the war in Afghanistan have occurred during the Obama administration, which has managed the war for a mere quarter of its duration.

Hi MOgal,

so are you saying that Obama caused the increase in the war death-rate? If so, how?

Peace,
brian

Never fear, this is the "good war." The very platform that Obama campaigned on, and now is responsible for.

Hi Brian,

Obama caused it because he's commander in chief and kept our soldiers in harms way.

Peace,

Obama is complicit in these deaths by not removing soldiers from Afghanistan. We've turned the nation into a failed state and have failed to extirpate the Taliban. What we have to gain by continuing our current course of action there is beyond me. It was foolish under Bush, and it's foolish now.

Hi VTHokiefan,

Exactly how did he keep the soldiers in harms way? How did he cause their deaths?

Peace,
brian

Peace prize man strikes again.

It's the "noble war" so don't count on Obamatrons complaining. Protecting poppy fields and oil/nat gas pipelines are very important. So is preserving oil for the French and Italians vis-a-vis Libya. Obama likes the Europeans, and involvement in Libya proves it.
