It violates the US Constitution. If you want something like Planned Robbing Hood then your State should provide it, assuming the people in your State actually want it, so talk it up.

You should pay to have someone do that to you. You might like it. Maybe your government can do it to you. Your government doesn't really want you anyway, and you're just a burden on them.
