Demint should take the Senate Minority leadership and Paul the Speaker of the House before the gavel falls on the ending of this session.
There are 60 some TP Nuts in the House, certainly not enough to control it. If Boehner were an actual leader, he would be able work with the remaining Repubs and most of the Dems, to get a plan passed. Hopefully they will get there.

Fat chance. The tea party is a sinking ship and ousted for the frauds they are, and no way in hell are they going to back Paul..

The republicans just keep showing that they are really democrats. But democrats are really republicans too. That is, they serve their master's (that own them both) and any "politics" that you see on TV is just to make you think their is a difference between them. Wake up already.
McConnelll is considering total surrender to Obama on raising the debt ceiling by passing a bill in the senate that will virtually give the white house unilateral power to raise the debt ceiling without it being attached to spending cuts. This will basically give Obama the power to raise the debt ceiling as he sees fit instead of having to go through the house and senate to raise the debt ceiling.
Total and utter cave. I'm very surprised
Obama needs to publicly voice that this would be a "very bad idea". That way, he could get the what remains of Repubs, and maybe even the TParty, to push it.
This show is great. Don't get all this about caves and RINOs, but plenty of drama..
