And at the end of the day that is all that really matters.

Villagers from Kang village in Linfen City, Shanxi Province (山西省临汾市下康村) due to long-term consumption of the polluted water contaminated by industrial waste, there were 50 people who have cancer and cerebral thrombosis. 64-year-old Wang Baosheng got ill since 2003, he has fester all over his body so he cannot go to bed and lying face down on the edge of the bed each day. You might have a point if without the EPA, we'd have communism.

Cool strawman though.

I think most republicans want to bring China to the US. Basically roll back the labor movement to the early 1900's.

And here in the US, we have unemployed people committing suicide because they can't find a job, when they would easily have a job if we deregulated. How can you support people committing suicide due to unemployment?

see? I can make an emotional argument that is technically true, but entirely unhelpful in real conversation too.

Hong Kong is the most deregulated first world economy to date.

I wouldn't mind if all of the US looked like this

Who mentioned the EPA, you did. Corporations only interest is profit. What does it matter if the environment is destroyed. If cutting corners improves the bottom line and there is no disincentive, This will happen. It already does happen.
