Of course the direct link of Justice Thomas and anti Obamacare efforts are ignored. I am surprised they would open this hypocritical can of worms, well, actually that is par for the course with GOP.

Dur4ing the confirmation hearings she was asked directly if she had ever worked on the health care bill or ever made any public comment on it. To both of these questions she answered "no". All the while she was 0bamas soliciter general and in charge of the efforts to pass the bill.

Well, yeah. If a Supreme Court justice were impeached, he or she obviously would not be presiding over any further cases. We've only had one Supreme Court Justice face impeachment - Samuel Chase in 1803. It was a politically motivated impeachment attempt (spearheaded by Thomas Jefferson) that ended in an overwhelming acquittal.
Bill Clinton's acquittal was by a very large number, too. Surely he didn't do anything wrong, or maybe he was very close to the end of his term and the Republican Senators just didn't want to destroy his legacy. Bunch of damned fools feeling sorry for a sex predator.
I hate to break it to you, but the only person who can decide if Justice Kagan should be disqualified from presiding over a case is Justice Kagan. Nothing can "determine she must recuse herself" except for her own judgement.
If enough evidence suggests that she should excuse herself but doesn't it will look bad for Skippy and the Nitwits that passed obamacare.
What is dishonest about this issue? Do you think people come to the Supreme Court having done no prior work?
I guess you wouldn't see any real issue with the sentence from the link of the OP that would indicate a bit of conflict of interest. Did Kagan reprimand the man for making that statement?

What newspapers? The only source I can find is Newsmax and I consider them in the
