in true Judaism
1. gay marriage's and solemnization ceremony's are strictly forbidden
2. there is a principle that you can't help someone do a sin and that too is strictly forbidden
3. the act of renting a hall for a so called same gender marriage ceremony is much worse then someone who didn't light hanuka candles.
In some people who don't believe in religion should get out of the business of telling religious people the rules of their religion. As an added point how come when trying to pass these so called marriage laws these same people try to claim that these sort of laws suits won't happen.
So you're asserting that the inn's owners are Jewish?
You can word it however you wish to downplay things, but I already posted a link on Catholic beliefs concerning this. You're just unwilling to accept people have different beliefs than you.
Just trying to suss out the specific beliefs that let you rent out the Honeymoon Suite to a gay couple, but not the reception hall.

Why are their specific beliefs anyone's concern but their own? That's the problem with this policy. Once you start telling business owners who to serve, there's no end to it.
I am 100% against same sex unions, and the notion that race discrimination, and the rejection of homosexual unions/celebrations, have anything in common, is a stretch, primarily because, (as has been debated countless times), homosexuality has never been established as being innate/inborn, while considerable evidence has been presented in support of the origin of effeminacy.
That said, I do, however, believe that the Inn owners have violated the rights of these two individuals. The law, while it has sometimes been influenced by religion, is not designed to support Christianity, or morality. If it would seem immoral to permit celebrations of this type because the owners disagreed with the behavior/lifestyles of the participants, the defendents, by the same religious reasoning, would also have to deny accomodations to unmarried couples seeking lodging.
Consequently, I am sure that some members and families of LGB's are well aware that the very liberal ACLU, salivate at the mention of homosexual rights violations, in this hyper-sensitive climate of political correctness, and that some lawyers (of the ambulance chasing sort), will happily put another notch in their belt, if not for the money, then for the exposure, sensing an easy win.
These lesbians will have their 15 minutes of fame.

They would also have to? Why?
The problem stems from ever allowing the government to tell any business whom they must serve. A business ought to be able to serve or deny service to anyone they want. If a business owner wants to have a anti-gay, or anti-white, or anti-Irish, or anti-baseball player, or anti-anything policy, then they ought to be able to do that without fear of the government. Idiots like that will suffer when word spreads of their bigoted views & stupid policies, and the free market will force them to either change their policies or go out of business.

Even the only emergency medical clinic in a rural area? or the only grocery store in a small town?

The grocery store, sure. Emergency medical care is not the same. Bigoted jackasses don't get a free pass to kill people.
