Sounds like what happened in San Bruno a year ago.

EDIT: I thought it was a gas explosion... it was actually planned?

Reports now seem to hint the same man left the car parked and then went to Utøya to shoot the kids.

If it turns out to be the work of a single insane person, it could be for any disturbed reason at all.
