Doubtful. Lefties chose to ignore the evils of Stalin & Mao and others else their heros look bad. It's the same sort of mindset: all is allowed as long as the people/movement/political philosophy in question is anti-American. Doubly so if anti-Christian.

Furthermore, I am not interested in helping Muslims advance their nations, i.e. nation building. It is stupid. And a waste of US resources. Especially considering our economic condition.

Anyway, the difference between you and I that I have observed is I recognize the difference between Islamic extremists and Islamic secularists. Your reality is twisted. I would suggest that you actually speak to your American Muslim friends, if you have any, and realize that they have no interest in taking down America.

[and tone down your infinite hate - it's poison]
"You" was rhetorical...meaning liberals. If you're not a Liberal, then I hope you can see how Political Correctness in the name of "tolerance" is what will ultimately takedown this nation. How you say? How do you propose that we keep radical Islamists out of this country if we don't take a position of rooting out the root cause in the first place? The root cause being unadulterated, unfettered access to the United States of America via the First Amendment. Do I expect we can suspend the First Amendment in order to keep Radical Islam out? Absolutely not. But alot can be accomplished by first recognizing the fact that Radical Islam is growing under our noses, right in our own backyards. But instead of trying to stomp it out, what do we do? Fight to the death to ENSURE that these folks have the mosques and other facilities to foster that radicalism.

Oblivion and Complacency.....All in the name of Political Correctness. THAT's the real "poison" in our society.

Read the rest of the story at the source.

This is absolutely disgusting. A religious radical killed nearly a hundred people in Norway, and now religious radicals in Somalia are starving millions of people. Damn shame.
Actually they are not to far off. Historically Christian missionaries have used food as a way to attract "heathens" and subsequently convert them.

The West needs to grow a pair folks starve to death it's been going on since time immemorial. Somalia is very close to the largest oil producing country which is propped up through our dollars. This country happens to share the same religion as the population of Somalia. Yet you don't see them wringing their hands in much despair over the fate of their coreligionists. Also there is a large Somali diaspora let these groups feed them.

These Aids groups are going to get their members beheaded if they go to Somalia.

Very true the 20th century was a bloody one for the Left. They are also unapologetic about the carnage and misery they caused around the globe.

The Left killed far more. I'll give you Hitler but the right tends to react to the Left and even Hitler is a manifestation of that reaction. Folks feared the communists because of what was going on in the Soviet Union at the time, starvation due to brutal collectivism policies, and brought Hitler to power.

Still when you put Hitler's murders against Stalin and Mao alone he coes up short. We haven't even counted Cuba, Vietnam, Cambodia, Central America etc.

The Left is responsible for Hitler? I think you are a troll. What all of them have in common though, is that there are all men. Maybe we need to profile men especially. Or deport them.

What would you like the thread title to say ?

"A Few Radical, Extremist People In Somalia Who Claim To Be Muslim But Don't Really Follow The Islamic Religion Of Peace, Just As Not All Christians Are Wonderful, Protect Millions From Imperialistic Westerners"

The left-right paradigm is defunct.

What they all had/have in common, Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Obama etc is that they are all STATISTS. Dubya was a statist. ALL liberals, progressives, Democrats are statists. Most GOPers are statists too save for the Tea Party types.

Liberty, the rights of Man, political philosophies which emerged from the Enlightenment (read John Locke, Edmund Burke to get started) and which are enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and codified in the U.S. Constitution are anathema and antithetical to the statist.

Dropping the left-right paradigm in favor of one which measures the following: more power to the state vs more individual sovereignty is the correct and only way to look at things.

Perhaps one day the self-Righteous crowd will figure out how damn stupid it is to champion the cause of bringing democracy to those people they consider the scourge of the earth. I guess it's OK when their contractors make $$$ off the huge waste of American blood and taxpayer $$$, eh? I guess you'll be happy to see no aid getting thru to those damn Mislim Somalis until the profit potential is high enough, eh?
