I'd have to own one first... and besides that, it doesn't mean they are socialist at all. Republicans are corporatist != socialist.

Our government is controlled by large financial corporations. This is corporate sponsored state-ism. Using tired old terms like "socialist" and "capitalist" don't work with what is going on now. Goldman Sachs steering the countries economic policy to make the extremely wealthy even wealthier has very little in common with eco101 bananna stand salesman anecdotes that Fox News worshippers try to equate everything to in their foolishness.
Yes, corporatist is the best word to describe it. Large corporations with a lack of accountability are really going to be the downfall of this country.

Default at least three on the Fed appoined by BO, maybe more

Yep the Fed is a Republican honey hole populated by Obama appointees.

"The Board of Governors, located in Washington, D.C., oversees the Federal Reserve System. It is made up of seven members who are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate."

"Raskin is married to Jamie Raskin, a law professor andDemocraticMaryland state senator."

"Raskin was nominated to the Federal Reserve Board by PresidentBarack Obama, along with Dr. Janet Yellen, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, to be the board's vice chairman"

" President Barack Obama nominated Tarullo to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. He took office on January 28, 2009, to fill an unexpired term ending January 31, 2022.[1]"

Listen HC you are getting close to getting it but what is holding you back is your partisan blinders. Face it the {D}s are no better, look at the banksters Obama surrounded himself with. The bail out was a bi partisan cluster**** that you can not deny. And yes both parties will get behind another bail out if one is needed, they know who their daddy is {banksters}.

I don't see why Obama wouldn't funnel even MORE money to the banksters. He's surrounded himself with them...

As for the rest of the Dems... it depends on whether they've realized Obama is the banksters' puppet.

Obama's plan has nothing to do with the $16 trillion the Fed gave to banks and corporations...

Hmmm... what was Geithner's job before he became Obama's US Treasury Secretary?

Oh yeah... he was president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
