Default Earth to Liberals:

If the banks had any political protection, they would not be facing the huge costs and lost opportunities and bureaucratic control embodied in the ironically named Dodd-Frank bill.

The crowning achievement of Dodd-Frank is to deflect the blame for the mortgage meltdown away from....Chris Dodd and Barney Frank.

In an attempt to punish the villains (what, maybe five or a dozen of them?), Dodd-Frank places crushing new obligations on every bank in the country. Nice job, fellas. Punish the guilty, and ten thousand innocent bystanders.

I haven't seen any politician ever say that the top 1% shouldn't be taxed. Can you post a link to any such statement?

Because the banks give them a cut... Too obvious.
Your big problem is that you haven't yet learned that Republicans ARE Democrats and vice-versa.

Bush only gave tax cuts to the top 1%? Um... no. Cite a source for that.
