These two are looking for attention. From the article, they never even spoke to the owners and just sort of went ahead with this to "make a point". The point I get is that some people are their own worst enemy.
Can't respect the religious beliefs of a business owner, they have to try to force people to accept them...disgusting.
Would you think the same if this were an inter racial couple..........
Why must the couple be forced to respect the businesses religious beliefs.....isn't that an agenda?????? How about respecting that gays can marry in Vermont.....life is a two way street.
That said......I'd simply walk out and not give the homophobes my business/money.
On a side note, as a Nurse do I have the right to refuse to take care of posters like you....because I surely would if I could????? After all......isn't healthcare a big business in our country????? If you don't respect me as a person why should I "break my back" taking care of you?????

Something to think about????
Race card already out...
It's not the same as race. It's a serious violation of their religious beliefs to take part in a homosexual wedding. They're under no obligation to serve anyone either, it's their business.
Your last statement is ridiculous. I don't know of any credible mainstream religion that opposes saving a person's life regardless of who they are.

I read the first comment to that article and the woman who wrote it said that this place had stopped holding that kind of meeting about 6 months ago and obviously this whole thing is an agenda driven thing from the ACLU and whoever else is trying to push these people.
Also the writer said that the owners have 8 children and it appears to me that they will have to get out of that business since the gay-ACLU people are after them. It seems that these people will be in all kinds of trouble and if they have to move on 8 little children will be in for some tough times. Ain't that something. These two women will never have any children but the gay movement can drive these people out of their method of making a living.
