Boehner: ?Get your ass in line? - Jake Sherman and John Bresnahan - POLITICO.com

I can’t do this job unless you’re behind me,' Boehner said to House Republicans

Boehner is looking pretty bad right now. Can't even control his own caucus.

There is no reasoning with the lunatic fringe.

We're not talking about the Dems though...

I guess you prefer Democrats who take their marching orders from the inexperienced ideologue in the White House.

Boehner is actually doing a good job by the looks of things. There is a subset in congress that would rather get re-elected than actually accomplish something.

What's sad is that a big deal could be done right now and we could have moved on to getting other things done.

The problem is Boehner's plan doesn't actually do anything. According to the non-partisan CBO, his budget only saves 850 billion, falling short of the 1 billion goal.

Reid's plan saves triple what Boehner's does, 2.2 billion, again reviewed by non partisan CBO

I hope he is successful for the sake of the country.

Idiot ideologues are going to be the ruin of us all.

...as opposed to the tea party knuckleheads who take their marching orders from Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh, highly experienced in executive management.

In order for Boehner to get anything of value passed, he will have to go to the Dems, bring sensible Repubs and bypass the Tnuts.

Hopefully you meant 'trillion' because 'billion' hasn't meant anything to our national budget since like 1882.
