I know, silly me. I thought the legislative branch was the branch of government that was suppose to write the legislation.

Don't be disingenuous. You said that the president doesn't write legislation. You've been proved wrong. The executive branch CAN and DOES author legislation to be introduced by fellow senators or representatives. Now own your mistake and educate yourself to avoid making yourself look even more ignorant.

We've been on Obama's plan for 2 1/2 years now... he just wants a continuing resolution.

Raise the debt ceiling, expand the budget, raise taxes... BAU - that's the plan. He needs money to fund Progressive ObamaCare Plan.

Which piece of legislation was authored by a sitting president?

You left out the rest of what he was trying to negotiate. He wanted cuts, entitlement reforms, and new tax revenue.

Why can't a Republican just be honest anymore? It's all half-truths and out right lies.

Do your own homework, I'm not your personal tutor and I really don't care.

Let me remind you, REPUBLICANS have laid out their plans. You claim that Obama wants cuts, entitlement reforms, and new tax revenues. Well, where is this plan? Campaign speeches and talking points don't count.

That's what Boehner and all of the other people in the talks on both sides of the isle said he agreed to. I understand it's a talking point right now to talk about the lack of plan on paper. That's what you do.
