It's a very poor law if ATM cash is available. All this really does is put pressure on the retailers. I'm not sure why people cheer laws like this that do nothing to actually put pressure on the abusers.

In before a liberal comes in here and asks what is a welfare type and accuses me of racism
How dare those "welfare types" go to Lumiere!
The Casino Queen should be good enough for them right?

No, they should be spending the money on living expenses. If you can afford to go to a casino you shoudn't be on public assistance.

Um.
If you are on welfare, it's because you are "HAVING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY". If you are "HAVING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY", why are you in a casino?

Your turn.

It was sarcasm......if you are not familiar with the STL area, and where the Casino Queen is, you wouldnt get it.
Thats why I put welfare types in quotation marks.

The person I was responding to didnt even know if the folks he saw were on welfare, but I can tell you this.......that poster and the people he was referring to did not share the same skin tone.

Well... how do you identify a welfare type?

They have a scarlet "W" on them?

I make a pretty good living but I must admit that I'm not very aware of fashion and wear clothes that are, shall I say, sometimes very worn. Would that make me a "welfare type"?
