It's a very poor law if ATM cash is available. All this really does is put pressure on the retailers. I'm not sure why people cheer laws like this that do nothing to actually put pressure on the abusers.

No, they should be spending the money on living expenses. If you can afford to go to a casino you shoudn't be on public assistance.
The person I was responding to didnt even know if the folks he saw were on welfare, but I can tell you this.......that poster and the people he was referring to did not share the same skin tone.
