Maybe you can post for me some GOP members requesting preferential tax credits for certain companies. I'll sit here and wait..

Just because a company takes advantage of every tax break out there, has a very competent accounting staff *and* may qualify for legal government incentives which results in them paying little or no taxes, does not mean they are doing anything shady or wrong.

A friend of mine once told me that if any business pays taxes, then they need to get a new accountant, because a good one can find deductions for almost everything and anything. A good accountant will show a loss for the business every year even though they do make a profit. It's all about numbers.

I do not begrudge ge for having a good accounting team. In fact, i wish i knew who they were and could afford to hire them myself. Lol

I have not read the tax code, neither the "old" one nor the "rewritten" one. Have you? Or are you listening to some radio pundit spout this?

I dont agree with them being not taxed, but they are legit and are within the law, and the CEO of GE is Obamas job zarr

But to say GE products suck?? That's a stretch of much magnitude. You obviously dont know all the products they make not only for our country but around the globe. As Archie Bunker would say...Stifle meat head

Think of GE like Panasonic. Panasonic makes some cheap stuff but they also make some high quality stuff.
