Sure, take a vacation with around 100,00 people not getting paid, just to attack Union rights? What is it, a 4-5 wk vacation badly needed due to the overwork of trying to run the Country into a financial abyss.

Our government has become disconnected with the taxpayers/voters.
Realize who they really serve and issue like this wouldn't be a surprise.

You were under the impression government was a responsible employer?

It consistently breaks the rules it forces on others.

This whole thing is another manufactured crisis and an attempt to union bust. Lawmakers should be ashamed of themselves.
Quote:
The deadlock is over a ruling by the National Mediation Board that favored union efforts to organize airlines. Republicans want to reverse an NMB rule that union-organizing elections should be decided by a simple majority of those who vote. They want to revert to a decades-old rule that stipulates that in airline elections, eligible voters who don’t cast a ballot be counted as voting “no.”
Counting someone who doesn't vote as if that person voted a certain way is completely ridiculous!

You mean union members should have a problem when they vote with a gun to their head?

What a sham unions are. An utter disgrace to society.
