I wish people were required to post what type of drugs they were taking next to their name, so we would know what drugs are effective and what ones kill brain cells.

I'm glad the jobs number was a tiny bit better than expected. But it wasn't enough to materially change the unemployment rate. The Labor department said the improvement in the jobless rate was due to people leaving the labor force.

Regardless of who is president, I want the jobs situation to continue to improve. But the improvement is barely enough to exceed population growth. Most economists say the US needs to add 250,000 jobs per month to really make a dent on unemployment.

Obama should keep trying. But he won't be as able to do it by adding government workers like he has been.

Way to early to tell if this is a trend. Until then, I'll keep my champagne corked
