yeah but they incased Chernobyl in Cement and alot of the workers and firemen and military personal died from it but they gave their lives to prevent further fall out risks.

I don't know if the people trying to contain Chernobyl knew the risks they were exposed too but Japan has no excuse not to get Reactor #4 cooling pool stable since it is a very high risk from a quake that drains the water which would expose the spent fuel Rods which would be another massive disaster and could effect Japan.

I mean why not make it a real joint effort with the U.S, Canada, Russia, China, India, France and the U.K. and Japan working together to get the plant under control.

I mean we all can send building materials, heavy Equipment and engineers to get it fixed.. plus we are the only countries that have the resources and the know how to fix it...
