She was 79. Are you? The elderly react more strongly to heat and cold than younger people.

Still murder. Why do you give a pass to someone who causes another persons death just because they have a victim status? Let them go home to Mexico and steal an AC and leave our old people alone. I am confident that the imaginary family could get some government assistance before the old gal would.

I'm just saying what if -- I don't know stole the air conditioner but I'm sure to some it would matter a lot if it was some poor illegal guy or something.

This is why Americans need guns and need the Castle laws. Someone tries to take what's yours, you should shoot them.

Does not make any difference why those who stole this Air Conditioning unit, did, the fact that they did is very wrong, against my grain. The fact the women was old, makes it sadder, they need loved ones to watch over them. However the person's age makes this sad, but to those who stole, it is just wrong, whatever the reason they did. Not right, don't believe in stealing, taking something for nothing, just wrong.

My sister inlaw is a nurse. The elder get heat exaustion much quicker then younger folks, and infants do also. The elderly, and the young, really need to watch the weather when it is very hot.

The older person can die much quicker from heat then someone healthier and younger.

All thieves suck and should die slowly and painfully.

Being poor is never an excuse for crime. The fact is that criminals are morally poor.
