Riot and mounted police arrived, but by 2 a.m. groups of young men, ranging in age from 16 to 30, still faced off with police who were behind plastic shields. But when a group of their thugs kills someone innocent, where are the riots against them? Where is the street justice, or only ignorant and violent people are allowed that privilege?
