No Edward, the Tea Party wasn't even mentioned..

It was:

Revenue
Incompetent Administration and Congress..

Obama, Boehner, McConnell, nor Reid did not want that, but the Tea Party had to have their day in the sun and go for the nuclear option.

Folks around the world now see them for the crazed ideologues that they are, inept stewards of the largest economy on earth. Obama was damaged by this, but he did everything reasonable he could to avoid it.

I am getting less and less impressed with Forbes magazine. It seems very biased. I will read up in the Economist to get a different view.
Ah, yes, The Economist...the world's finest Pinko Rag.

I agree 100%. We had someone here trying to say that it was a conservative publication. Obviously this "subscriber" has never read it.

My very conservative friend told me about The Economist and said he read it often. This was ten years ago so maybe they have shifted left since then.

So what you are saying is that S & P doesn't care that we are in more debt than ever in the history of our country. They just wanted everyone to get along and raise the debt limit without making a fuss??

Can you roll me one too??

Well of course! It's proof that Forbes is racist! No doubt about it. And if you check further, the magazine is probably owned by George Bush and Dick Chaney. If Obama were white, they would never have made a big deal over his runaway spending.

No, they just parrot WH talking points as released to the useful idiots via Media Matters, Daily Kos, Huff Po, ect... . Obama does their thinking for them.

H
Hogwash. Right now Fmr. President Carter is breathing a deep sigh of relief that his position of "worst POTUS in recent history" has now been overtaken by Obama.

The difference is that Cater's ineptness was with malace towards none. Obama's ineptness is with malace for most and is quite calculated rather than a function of naivety as was Carter's.
