People have remained relatively calm throughout this long recession. I haven't noticed or heard of huge increases in crimes and things. But is the day coming where this will change? Hungry people, desperate people are likely to start gathering together and rioting and starting an increase in the crime rate.

I mean, if we cut out food stamps and unemployment, etc, what are people going to do? If they already can't find jobs, I don't know anyone happy to be on unemployment.

It's a real possibility. If this happens, those who have been ridiculed for preparing for a worse case scenario will be vindicated.

Maybe the adults but teens are currently "flash mobbing" all over the US.
Start cutting the entitlements back and you'll be seeing adult "flash robbing" at your local Wallymart.

I think the middle class should march on Washington now, period. Those who are working especially. Hell, I would not be surprised if plans are being drawn now that would spin such a march on Washington as a "Homeland" security issue that must be dealt with harshly.

If Obama and the Democrats insist on waging war against certain groups of Americans (such as the rich and the Tea Party) to the detriment of the country being united as one, then yes, they will get their way and US class warfare will be another Obama legacy he can proudly claim as his own doing. Hope and change!

AS LONG AS WE HAVE A LEADER THAT CONSTANTLY BEATS THAT CLASS WARFARE DRUM...IT'S POSSIBLE.

They'll just burn down their own neighborhoods, businesses will take the insurance money and relocate and their towns will become Detroit.

With the rich controlling 85% of the wealth and the country becoming a colony of South Korea, it can't be soon enough.
