of course it is reasonable. They should do what they did in Ca during the Reagan days: it might sound silly, but some of them did nothing more than dust off parking meters> It was something even if not much. How about picking up trash along the interstates or giving an or so a day to child care centers that are partially financed by the government.

ALL able-bodied who receive government assistance should be required to work.
