This clown simply has no clue. Granted, 105 million is nothing in the grand scheme of things, this is unconstitutional, and shows he has absolutely no clue about the current state of the economy in the U.S.
This action is the same as setting a pile of cash on fire.
I agree, it's not...so why bother posting? If Israel can get billions, I see no problem with this humanitarian effort.
I personally think Americans should have a right to say who receives humanitarian aid... it is after all, our money... not Obama's money... I would love for everyone to hand me over $100 now so I can donate to my charity and oh the way, I am not asking and you don't have a choice... that is how government works when it does these foreign aids....
we should send aid, food water and heath supplies. the money we spend on one war alone would go a long way into ending the suffering of millions of people. not to mention help our own hungry and elderly. it is shameful we spend it warring. we should be helping innocent people suffering from mother nature.

Does the fact this expenditure is unconstitutional mean anything to you?
Innocent? Do these people willingly breed knowing they cannot adequately provide for their children? Yes, they do.
Far from innocent.
