So benefits effect people depending on what nation they live in???
No dude... in Somalia they have very logical reasons to be thugs. It is basically anarchy over there. Kill or be killed.
You can not take that reasoning and apply it to England. Therefore, they must have another reason. Which I am trying to explore but you seem intent on proving me wrong with obtuse comebacks.

What about most of Asia and Latin America? Anarchy and kill or be killed?
Your mentor is a drug addict and you tell someone else to put down the crack pipe?
LMFAO
You have an amazing aptitude for being wrong - and laughably so. Rush became addicted to prescribed pain killers for a medical issue. He is no longer addicted - so he is NOT a drug addict. So I say to you, put down the crack pipe and get a grip on something other than, well you what you are gripping, and it is NOT reality.
Giving people the expectation that they are owed a living, and when it doesn't happen to come to fruition, because, of course, it can't, they feel they are being ripped off and rebel.
Your ignorance is now cured (at least this facet of it).

In certain places... yes. And if they are socialist paradises such as England, then I would give the same theory I'm giving now. I think you know exactly what I'm saying. I'm open to some actual input hereon why you think my theory is incorrect as it pertains to the riots in England these past few days, but I don't care to go back and forth with these one liners all night

I wouldn't get too bent out of shape. These leftist perverts always devolve into ad hominem attacks when they don't have anything productive to say.
On the other hand, they've shown remarkable restraint by not injecting the Tea Party and Christians into this thread.

Doesn't matter the reason why he became an addict, he was and still is an addict, and an addict of hillbilly heroin. Google it if you don't know.
Is a crack baby any less of an addict because he didn't choose the drug? No, Cause is irrelevant when discussing addiction.
Talk to any addict and addictions counselor and they will tell you that addiction is lifelong. No such thing as a cured drug addict. Recovery is lifelong.
