Where is your concern when White Supremacists, Skinheads and Aryan Nation are attacking Black people? These types of attacks are far more common than Black-on-White hate crimes.
While we can't know the exact number of racist crimes committed by white supremacists from the FBI data, we can expect these to still happen but not to the level some decades ago. Progress has been made in overt racism, but institutional racism from certain whites does occur and is documented.

In these statistics, white includes anyone from European heritage, non-black Hispanic, Middle Eastern, North African, Caucasian (ie. Armenian), Iranian, etc. So it is a much more general category compared to black which in our country stands for someone of mostly West African ancestry.
Also a lot of hate crimes against blacks seem to be from Hispanics. At least in areas like California, where there is a larger Mexican population. However, just as many blacks are also doing hate crimes against them and this year hate crimes against Latinos has increased while for other groups it has decreased.
Aren't they hired by one of the racist oligarchs (usually a rich white reactionary) to do harm (or create a political bias) for money? History has always proved that to be true.

But it's true rival gangs do fight off each other: blacks versus the Asians versus the Latins. That happens in the most backward societies; schools and businesses still segregate their workers by race, ethnicity, and gender and yet they wonder why nobody gets along? Ughhhh. They designed it that way and then play dumb when small civil wars break out.

It's just a card? Blacks make up 13% of the pop yet commit 18% of the hate crimes. This is simple math here. The numbers are very close, all I wanted to do was point out the fact that per capita, white people do not commit more hate crimes than other races.

black population is 40 mill. .0000281475 percent of the black population committed a hate crime last year. im supposed to think its a national epidemic because of that number?

It was said before, for that statistic "white" represents any West Eurasian person, and can include Hispanic, North African and Middle Easterner in addition to Anglos.
