Okay I give up, why should we keep fighting the drug war?
Also, when do you think we'll be able to declare victory?
I don't give a rat's ass what drugs do or don't get legalized. The war on drugs is one that will never be "won". My main concern is the violence on the border and the hundreds of thousands of illegals crossing our border to take advantage of our country. I want the border sealed, period.

We must say to every Texas child learning in a Texas classroom, “we don’t care where you come from, but where you are going, and we are going to do everything we can to help you get there.” And that vision must include the children of undocumented workers. That’s why Texas took the national lead in allowing such deserving young minds to attend a Texas college at a resident rate - Rick Perry 2001.

It will be interesting to see if the other Republican candidates attack Perry on his immigraton record.
