That being said, I do not recall former girlfriends of ANY OF THE PRESIDENTS coming forward about anything. Clinton had those who had accused him of sexual advances, but they were not girlfriends.

I remember reading a story about one of them, but I guess we could ask the same about any president. I don't remember reading about Bush's or Clinton's either, but really besides Limbaugh and his delusional wing-nut frothing at the mouth followers, who cares?
He has not announced any candidacy for the high office of the land either.
"Where are person X's former girlfriends?" is not a question made relevant by one's candidacy for, or election to, political office.
It's a question that's raised out of curiosity due to a person's celebrity status. It's just as relevant to ask Rush this as it is of Obama, any popular musician or actor, et al.
