a political rookie.

This is hilarious!

Does obama think making the Left mad at him benefits his re-election?

Obama Campaign Staffer Sends Out Email Bashing Paul Krugman And The 'Firebagger Lefty Blogosphere'

Quote:
WASHINGTON -- The Obama campaign's point person in New Mexico recently sent an email to supporters defending the president's position on the debt deal and bashing the Nobel Prize winning New York Times columnist Paul Krugman and the "Firebagger Lefty blogosphere."
I think they do see an upside.

Does Obama camp see upside in pissing off the left? - The Plum Line - The Washington Post

I imagine his clueless minions in the WH believe if he is attacking his Left-wing kook base, the public can't possibly believe he is one of "them" - a far left kook.

Good luck with that.

You obviously don't read Krugman's columns. Before Krugman set his seights on Rick Perry, Obama was Krugman's favorite whipping post.

Nonsense! Krugman is a climatologist, political scientist, space alien defender, and economist all rolled into one!

Seriously... Krugman really is a very vocal critic of Obama. His reasons for it are obviously just a tad different from the tea party.

Then why does he defend partisan Democrats against those "evil" teabaggers? (not Anderson Cooper and Bawney Fwank, but the tea party teabaggers).

Why do some right-wingers seem to think that disagreeing with Obama means being on their side? There are plent of people on the opposite side that disagree with him, but it isn't because they want him to move to the right, it's because they want him to move to the left. It also doesn't mean that they will vote for the GOP candidate either.
