No, Obama's slip of the tongue implied there are 60 states. Which he didn't think was the case, he merely substituted "fifty" for "forty". One to visit, not visiting Hawaii or Alaska.

47 + 2 + 1 = 50.

This has been explained many times but some people have lead for brains.
