1. He doesn’t like the Defense of Marriage Act so he won’t defend it in the court.
2. He doesn’t like energy exploration so he has ignored court order after court order that would allow deep-water oil drilling.
3.He doesn’t like the free speech protections in the Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United v. FEC so he’s planning an executive order to undermine it.
4. Now we can add immigration laws to the list.

That is just one of his many problems. Lying constantly is right up there.

Barack Obama is a One-Term President. These are acts of desperation of a lost and hopeless little man.

You know, I seem to remember the Left harping about his predecessor doing the same. For some reason, they have been virtually silent on the lawless obama administration, shredding the constitution.

I think every president since Jefferson have pushed the laws of this country to the edge and sometimes over... I think that comes with the territory. I also think that is how we grow as a society. Undermining laws that they think are out of whack or unconstitutional is how debate is sparked and Supreme Court rulings are made.

What decent person would defend DOMA? You're essentially supporting bigotry and ignorance. I just felt compelled to point that out. Everything else is justified with being scrutinized, but really? DOMA? I honestly think there are still people on this planet that would have no problem with women and blacks still being unable to vote.

Hell, there are still people in this country that think blacks and other untermensch should be slaves.

I think that Obama is a bit of a desperate Man, nevermind Presdient. Must be difficult to swallow knowing that some will not bow down to your every whim now, and that some have seen thru all the bull. Very hard to gain respect from the people, when you lie so very much, even though i do not like him, if he were to tell the truth, and stop blaming everyone out there for our problems, i could respect him more as a person.
But i do not like who he has become, and can plainly see the writing is on the wall, he clearly was not ready for the job of President. He has no friggin clue. Talk talk and talk, is what he is all about, talk talk talk. Same rhetoric, all the time. All talk no action, blame the other guy President.

Part of the job of the executive is to allocate law enforcement resources. They are finite. Not all laws can be enforced. It's perfectly normal and expected that enforcement of some laws will be given more priority than others. This happens in every jurisdiction.
