Of all the politicians in our country's history, that you know enough about, which one most represents your philosophy? Except for some brain dead talking point repeating trons, we all know no one politician represents 100% of what we believe in.
For me, Ron Paul would be the closest to matching my philosophy.
Reason being is that he believes in severely limiting the FEDERAL government's role in our lives, dislikes the Fed, believes in actually spending less than we take in (not raising taxes to spend even more) and doesn't believe in nation building.
Going back further in history, I think Grover Cleveland was probably the best president. He was anti-imperialist, a Constitutionalist, not a power grabber, and was rigorously honest.
Teddy Roosevelt. The last of the True Conservatives, and the last republican who valued honesty and the welfare of the public more than personal wealth.

You beat me to it, cue. The president who best represents my views is Teddy Roosevelt. He was a great Republican who understood that a president should be looking out for the bottom line of the people, not just the rich people. Other than him, I'd say Andrew Jackson -- for similar reasons. (Not a fan of Jackson's racist policies, however.)

I assumed we were speaking of current living politicians.
If I can go back to anyone throughout history, it'd be Jefferson.
After hearing him interviewed many times, I'd have to say Bernie Sanders.
