We are going "green" here in the USofA and only one mine gets that stuff and it's been offline since it was shut down in 2004 I think it was by the enviro's. They're trying to get it back in gear. now in modren post cold war times having the Soviet forces come to help out NATO/US/ISAF in 2006 when the US troop surge for Iraq was taking place they could of kept the pressure on in afghanistan..

I believe it is safer to be in the military in wartime conditions under someone who wants to win the war rather than someone who doesn't care about victory.
