How can conservatives be against abortion as a practical matter? We don't like murder of innocent life.

The vast majority of abortions occur from individuals who can't afford kids. And mostly by Planned Parenthood whose founder hated people of color and planned a genocide of them through abortions, especially concerning blacks.

Taking away the ability for these people to secure abortions means more people on welfare. Shows you how pathetic they could be. Go to work after staying with family or neighbors. Hunt the man down and demand he work and support the children.

The same people against abortion are usually against most forms of welfare.
Not true, I'm OK with the elderly and the major disabled folks getting help. The rest should only get a few months and learn the virtues of working.

So what should these people do, aside from not having kids (which we all know abstinence education doesn't work)? Before the birth of the great society hand outs you had 200% more complete families and they worked. You give them a handout and you crippled generations.

Plus, the most conservative states have the highest rates of unwed pregnancies (doesn't necessary mean most unwanted), the most poverty, and the most welfare. Huh, like California on the left coast?

When you stop supporting the basic needs of individuals (food, clothes, shelter), people will become desperate and start rioting (see Middle East).
People need to meet their own needs and not expect society to be the bread winner, to provide their tampons or to have to remind them to keep their legs closed and PP in their pants.
GROW UP.
People should remember what shame is IMO.
Getting stuff from productive workers taxes should not be easy. People should get a meal or a tent if they need it for a night, but at some point they need to move in together to share expenses and baby sitters. If near the border maybe they should go back where they were from if it is applicable to share their expenses with the place they came from.
Don't dump the waste all on America's nickel IMO.

i dont think people that are opposed to it, for what ever reason, should have to pay for it. also people should not be allowed to be fertile to have children until they have the means of mentally and financially supporting one.

You are doing the typical conservative rain dance by shifting the blame to others.

You say get a job. What job? There are fewer jobs now than in 2000.

You say provide for your family? How? This isn't 5000 BC where everyone lives in a tent in the middle of the forest and you can forage for food.

You say go back to where you came from in reference to illegals from border areas. Most of the people on welfare are WHITE.

Check your facts regarding out of wedlock pregnancies, abortion rates, and poverty. CA is lightyears above any Southern state.

How do the liberals on the board feel about culling twins or triplets in the womb?

With or without fertility drugs having been used?

If my loving spouse and I weighed all the options and decided we wanted to bring a new person into this crazy overpopulated world, and it turned out we were pregnant with triplets, and we decided we only wanted the one, what are the thoughts on making sure only one of the three comes to term by intervening?

Welfare, should not pay for a damn abortion.

If they have unprotected sex, let them pay to abort the kid, not my tax dollars which they pay none of.

Welfare.... That is another thing that needs to be eliminated.

Yeah, that aborted fetal material would be very fitting for the cannibals in DC.

In principle I agree. But you have to admit that one will cost more than the other in the long run.

And if they can't pay to support the kid?

Then tomorrow that same parent will be holding up your wife and kids at gunpoint in the supermarket parking lot and this scenario will be played out millions of times across America.

People get desperate when they need something for their kids.
