You shouldn't have had a child with a congenital heart defect. You should have been born without any genetic defects yourself. And you should have invested in the next Apple so you had enough to afford the pay-through-the-nose US Medical Industrial Complex system.

well lets see... $26,000/yr, or possibly 300k-400k with no insurance... I will take the lower amount.
