1. Give a speech before the United Nations. In that speech, explain that our nation is going through some tough economic times and so we must make some drastic spending cuts. First cut is to cut off funding to the United Nations and eliminating the position of US Ambassador to the UN. Next cut is to close all our foreign bases and bring all US troops back to USA to be redeployed along our border with Mexico due to the increased violence along that border. End the speech by telling the world we will no longer be the world's police.
2. Eliminate many positions among the czars and state department.
3. Take some of the savings and transfer them to the SEC and IRS to use to go after the big tax cheats instead of auditing the little guys.
4. Streamline the paperwork and requirements required for someone to start their own business or expand their business.
The best stuff that would help would have to come out of Congress since they are the source of the deficit spending and corruption. Wish the president could unleash the entire IRS and Justice Dept on every member of Congress, at least a full blown IRS audit of each member of congress and pass any possible illegal activities to the FBI. turn Congress upside down and shake it to see what rats fall out.
Tell everyone that he has realized that there is no such thing as a jobs bill because the government doesn't create jobs, the private sector does! While at it, say that government is not the solution to all your woes so stop looking for the government handout. To sum it up, say he'll finally get out of the way and let this economy recover already.
Any direction he moves towards more freedom and less tinkeritus.
