Is this good or bad? Should congressional members have term limits?

I guess you're not aware SCOTUS has ruled term limits unconstitutional.

Besides, isn't that what elections are for?

Yes they have, but 2 terms for senators and 3 for reps would be great. Some people just get too comfortable.

If they were limited they could spend more time doing what they were elected for and not have to be campaigning the last year of their terms. Six years for Senators is just too many.

Sounds like attitudes in a call center.

What stagnation?
I think the Congress proposed a bunch of stuff to law that the Leninist Senate and President didn't want to do. Something about being too American I think to have companies healthy and people back to work.

Get a balanced budget amendment and things will get better IMO.

It sort of balances itself out, for example Paul has had his seat for over 20 years which is a good thing in my eyes. On the other hand Maxine Waters has been in her seat for as long as I can remember and is not a good thing in my eyes. But who cares? her district loves her and keeps on returning her year after year, and it does not matter what I think.
I guess I have been lucky I have never lived in a district where the rep was entrenched.
