Confused political taxonomy seems to be an epidemic on this board.

You have your metaphors a little mixed up. Hitler's brown shirts smashed the trade unions in Germany. He wanted to eliminate any organizations that might oppose fascism. So he crushed the Labor Unions.

In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory,[2] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[3] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.[4] The noun troll may refer to the provocative message itself, as in: "That was an excellent troll you posted". While the word troll and its associated verb trolling are associated with Internet discourse, media attention in recent years has made such labels subjective, with trolling describing intentionally provocative actions outside of an online context. For example, mass media uses troll to describe "a person who defaces Internet tribute sites with the aim of causing grief to families."[5][6]

Why ruin a perfectly good rant with actual history and logic?

Godwin's law (also known as Godwin's Rule of Nazi Analogies or Godwin's Law of Nazi Analogies)[1][2] is a humorous observation made by Mike Godwin in 1990[2] that has become an Internet adage. It states: "As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1 (100%)."[3][2] In other words, Godwin put forth the hyperbolic observation that, given enough time, in any online discussion—regardless of topic or scope—someone inevitably criticizes some point made in the discussion by comparing it to beliefs held by Hitler and the Nazis.
Tried and true tactics of the feeble-minded. Not much of a surprise the OP resorted to it.

That said, these guys are doing their cause no favors. I don't know the full story, but this seems like an ongoing struggle that is starting to boil over. Context means nothing on this forum, however.
