You are very wrong. Many of us have no respect for Bill Clinton either. His legacy is that he is an impeached U.S. President. Lewinsky was a gold-digger who was old enough to know what she was doing. Her misfortune was to dig up the ire of both liberals and conservatives in her gold digging.
Because she was just a young girl who made a mistake.
She shouldn't be vilified for it for the rest of her life.
No one treats Bill Clinton like she is being treated, even though he was a married, middle aged man that should have known better. He took advantage of an impressionable, young girl, IMO.
Thats right Bill Clinton was the one who was married and holding the office of the President he knew better. He is the one who pursued Monica!
I wish her the best. The witch hunt against Clinton showed the world how the Republican Party would ignore everything important in the world to focus on the extremely petty. Two years later the world would see their handpicked idiot have his handlers steal an election for him, and then there were 8 dark years that followed that this country still struggles to recover from
No doubt!
Those half-trillion dollar deficits and 5% unemployment were unbearable.
It's hard to be angry at Monica. She was the victim of Bill Clinton, plain and simple. Any other CEO would have been canned and charged with sexual harassment for doing what Clinton did. If he would have been an officer in the military he would have been court martialed.
Not so with Clinton. The leftists defended his every act until the bitter end, again showing their true hypocritical colors.
Because some of us have a shred of humanity and understand that people make mistakes, especially when they're 20 or 21 years old.
Seriously, you'd think that you wouldn't have to explain your sympathy with the woman, but some people are cruel, i guess.
In any case, i feel bad for her too. Clinton gets to go on living a great life where he's still feted as the King of the Democratic Party, and she's an outcast that can't even find a suitable mate.
Luckily for her, she's wealthy by inheritance, so she has little to worry about relative to finances, but still, it's gotta be a crappy life overall.
The Daily Mail is not known for journalistic integrity. It's on par with the National Enquirer.
They do spend a lot of time bashing the Obamas, however, so I'm sure many conservatives think the Daily Mail is a shining example of great journalism - you know, like the Laura Ingraham show.
Yes, we're so much better with knee-pad media like MSNBC, The New York Times, etc.

Damn that Janet Reno for insisting Ken Starr investigate!

I don't agree with you often - but I do here.
