Sometimes I think citydata posters are the most ignorant people on the face of the earth.

Instead of the EPA dealing with these problems that the corporations left behind, let's give some ignorant conservatives a shovel and tell them to go fix some of these environmental issues.

Pick your home state or any other, look at what the bad ole' EPA has to clean up.

http://www.epa.gov/R5Super/

Look under "long term clean up" and then "national priorities list".

Yeah, after all we all know that grass is a big pollutant.

We ought to regulate those nasty trees while we're at it.

Maybe No-Fly Zones for birds too.

The fish are stinking up the ocean.

Don't you dare exhale- that's been declared a pollutant as well.

EPA is now destroying the housing market even more with the ridiculous "Lead" rules and regulations for contractors and lawyers who will have a field day to sue more people.

Obama leave now, give us the real hope and change!

The real question should be how much is too much protection? Our EPA, like all bureaucracies, does not know when to stop. Safety is not always safe. Knowing when to stop is the key. When we place our safety in the hands of a bureaucracy; they forget their original calling and focus on what bureaucracy does best - creating more bureaucracy.

How can you be important; if you don’t have an important job?
