and your point is?
What, I'm childish?

Maybe so, but that doesn't negate what I've said and this jerk is a jerk.

It's a right!

And, so is privacy!

Why don't you go fight a war somewhere.

And which mode would that be...

The TSA is at bus stations, train stations, bus stops, subway stations, highway rest stops. So, if you don't like it, stay home? Really?

And now that we've just tossed out the fourth amendment, what exactly will prevent federal agents from conducting random searches of your home?

Flying is not a right. you are paying a company to fly you from one spot to another. if they wish you to be patted down before you fly, then that is their right. And by the way, privacy is not a right either.

So, what country do you live in?

Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

It isn't the airliners' implementation, it is the Government's.

The very essence of liberty is the ability to move about freely.

Then, there's that 4th Amendment about privacy from unwarranted searches.

Your kind of ignorance is what makes America a hellhole.

that was be a freudian slip in your post.

live by the ruled.

you may be more passive about having your rights infringed on, so i don't know.

are you okay with little children being stripped and searched at the airports also? i don't think most parents are okay with that.

i guess they don't have to fly either......

what has happened to the basic common sense in this slowly evolving police state?

Under what conditions is a STRIP SEARCH performed?

I'm still waiting to hear if anyone knows a TSA agent.
