Now a glance at the Bureau of Labour Statistics tell us that there are 278 000 Civil Engineers, 238 000 Mechanical Engineers, 24 000 Materials Engineers and 71 000 Aerospace Enginners working in the USA today.

In addition, there are a number of engineers whose specialization involves some relevant knowledge of the fundamentals, such as chemical engineers, safety, mining, and petroleum, totalling about 85 000 people. So that is well over half a million people with relevant speciality knowledge on the subject, and almost 700 000 if we include those with knowledge and experience relevant to the issue.

And I don't really see a lot of "Hey, that doesn't sound right!" reactions. No big debates in the mess hall, no impromptu simulations run after hours. No debates in the letters pages of the professional journals. In fact, it seelms like the consensus is overwhelmingly "Yeah, sounds about right."

So what is it? A conspiracy involving half a million Americans, involving the cover up of thosands of counts of murder. With said conspiracy unable to silence the few brave fruitbats who with no background knowledge or relevant experience has seen the truth?

Or just that said half a million people have failed to to see through a deception in their speciality so simple that people with no knowledge whatsoever could spot it? (A lot of those specialists have access to computers and simulation programs in the area too)

This isn't a conspiracy theory based on history or politics.

It is physics!
I've not heard any discussion on WTC7 from anyone, in fact, the topic is dismissed out of hand, being lumped into the same category as WTC1 and WTC2, when, in fact, they are two entirely separate arguments.

That this topic is buried (pun intended) comes as absolutely no surprise to me.

600 floors?!? Nah, the rule of thumb with most skyscrapers is 4m per floor. Even today most skyscrapers are far shorter than the WTC, with maybe 100 or fewer usable floors.

Of course I am not sure, but I assume there would be no panic, simply because people would see how fast everyone is sliding down that way. Panic is more common when people feel like they are doomed and helpless.

There could be skyscraper evacuation training like they have earthquake training in California
