At a time when the US can't afford to lose even one job, obama's EPA is on the warpath with this nation's energy producers.

Don't this clueless morons realize the thousands of job that might come to fruition if they'd FREE UP our domestic energy supply?

Instead, they are trying to shut it down. Unbelievable.

EPA regulation forces closure of Texas energy facilities, eliminates 500 jobs

Quote:
Texas energy company Luminant announced on Monday new burdensome Environmental Protection Agency regulations are forcing it to close several facilities, which will result in about 500 job losses.

The company will be idling — stopping the usage of — two energy generating units.

The EPA regulation Luminant cites as too burdensome is the new Cross-State Air Pollution rule, which requires Texas power generators to make “dramatic reductions” in emissions beginning on January 1, 2012.
A true job-killer, that's what he and his out of control regulatory agencies are.

This is what liberal ideology and a radical "green" agenda will get you.

Oh well. Since Rick Perry is creating millions of jobs, there should be no problem for these folks to find new jobs, right?

you are assuming that obama doesnt understand that his policies will cost jobs, but you are wrong. he KNOWS they will cost jobs, and lots of them. he WANTS power plants shut down, he WANTS higher energy costs, and he has said so many times in the past. remember in 2008 when he said he wanted $5.00 per gallon gasoline, but he didnt want it going up that fast? well he still wants $5 per gallon gasoline. remember also when he said that under his policies energy rates would necessarily skyrocket? and that he said that he would bankrupt any power plant that was coal fired? well he meant it, and again he KNOWS it will cost jobs.

the reality is that OBAMA DOESNT CARE IF JOBS ARE LOST, as long as his agenda is put in place.

Yep....

Obama wants us to be dependent on the government.

When you rebuild...first you tear down.

I suspect you voted for the village idiot currently in the white house because you have nothing meaningful to contribute to the topic and clearly don't understand what his policies are doing to the economy.. Perry has nothing to do with the policies of this administration and the devastation they are inflicting on the economy..
