Bashing corporations for not paying taxes is inaccurate. Whoever has the profit / gain, pays the tax. If a corporation disburses all its earnings so it has zero taxes, doesn't mean that the stockholders didn't have to pay taxes on their earnings.

And those people on the board of directors end up using any one of a number of loopholes (the more money you have, the more fingers in the pie you have, the more loopholes you have available) so that they also pay nothing in taxes.

The burden is on the middle class. Plain and simple.
