I can see why the old-order Amish would have a tough time in Nazi Germany, but I really doubt our Founding Fathers would approve of throwing these guys in jail.

Then again, the Founding Fathers wouldn't recognize the nation today as even a perverted descendent of those ideals of small government and personal freedom from government harassment.
