Again, I have to ask....who was sitting next to Michelle obama during obama's joint session of congress?

Jeffrey Immelt....CEO of GE....the largest exporter of jobs in America.

CEO of GE who earned $14 BILLION DOLLARS in profit but somehow paid ZERO in US tax.

Not to mention the fact that most of the people from Wall Street bail out companies wound up in this administration.

Liberal lies cannot stand up to the disinfecting light of the truth.

3. If you are serious about cutting our deficit, you can't just cut your way out of it. You have to cut spending and increase revenue. We spent a decade fighting two wars during a time when taxes were cut, the first time in our country's history.
where are any cuts?

it seems to me to be all about spending-pumping trillions into the air now.

the government doesn't want to cut into "their" share, but rather take someone else's to keep going.

i would actually be more on board on this program IF the government did a 10 percent across the board pay cut FIRST to demonstrate that they are serious about reducing the deficit-not growing the government.

it sure isn't OUR fault that the government is continuing to fight pointless wars and engaging in no-bid contracting.

Um, Clinton cut taxes on 90% of small businesses and slashed capital gains rates from 26% to 20%. Do you really want to review revenues and try to link it to Clintons tax increases now?

How about NO TAX ON BUSINESS ENTITIES! Please, folks, understand that whatever it costs to do business, that cost is added onto the end price of their goods or services provided, PLUS the cost of keeping track of, adding to the price of their produce, paying for added bookkeeping and tax preparation and paying same which means ALL COSTS ARE PASSED DOWN TO THE END CONSUMER...YOU!

So, all of you that want to tax corporations and business income, please remember that they will not really pay the tax...it will be added to the price of their product/service and passed on down to you who consume! You raise the cost of everything you buy when you increase taxes up the line on all business it takes to produce the product or service!

NO tax on business means the product and/or service will cost the consumer less.

That's why a national sales tax is the far better manner for which the Federal Government to raise the $'s they NEED...not the $ they want to recklessly spend! VBG With a national sales tax, one has complete control of their own money and pay tax only when they purchase...thus, one has control of their own money and make their own determination of how much tax THEY CAN AFFORD!

actually it is

look at it

1st problem...its cuts OVER A 10 YEAR PERIOD....we need REAL cuts NOW
2nd problem...its not ACTUALLY cuts, but reductions of proprosed increases..........ie if your current budget is 10 and the proposed increase would be 15 and you reduce it to 12.....is that REALLY a CUT???.....you answer that

3rd...tax increases will NOT raise revenue

4th..he did NOTHING to SS..which in ther VERY LEAST needs to have the eligibility age raised to 69 or 70

5th cutting mediCARE (help for the elderly) is not going to do anything but kill old people

1 - the LAST thing we need are cuts now
2 - the proposed reductions are to SLOW the growth
3 - a Lie
4 - SS is solvent, dose not need adjustments yet
5 - a Lie

But basically, what you are seeing is part of the election platform that will be used for all Dems campaigns.
