We pay for imprisonment of such offenders, but to paint the entire UN that way is ignorant.

Ever pull any UN duty? I have and let me tell you being around those UN delegates is like shaking hands with a guy who took a big smelly dump and didnt wash his hands afterward. No one has a greater entitlment mentality and none feel so self important.
