Thousands put out of work and business destroyed to save the delta smelt out in CA. Judge scolds the dept of interior scientists. Congressional hearings being called for. More lies from the Obama administration being uncovered it appears. And all we hear is how Obama is trying to save and create jobs. It appears the delta smelt is more important and lying to push the enviro loon agenda.

"Wanger was angered by testimony from the two scientists, Frederick V. Feyrer and Jennifer M. Norris, that he said was "false," "contradictory" and "misleading." He accused the Interior Department of "bad faith" in providing the two scientists as experts, and claimed their testimony was "an attempt to mislead and to deceive the court into accepting not only what is not the best science, it's not science." An Interior Department spokesman defended Norris and Feyrer, telling the New York Times that "we stand behind the consistent and thorough findings by our scientists on these matters and their dedicated use of the best available science."

A Califorinia Judge is capable of understanding environmental bioscience? Where did they get this paragon of learning and why is he wasting his time as a Judge? Probably because the fish processing companies have provided some incentive to see their side more "favorably".

Water. More precious than Gold in the West.

I have been a personal witness to the destruction of that idiot Ken Salazar's and Obama's destruction to Central Valley Agriculture Economy here in California. Getting Rid of Obama and his gang will be the best thing for the Economy that could ever take place. Also the EPA has been infected with a bunch of social fascist environmental nutcases.

I seriously wish some of these people would just drop off the face of the earth.

I used to live in the Valley, and those farms have been devastated, lots of orchards, cotton, garlic, carrots, you name it, many of them dying now because of the EPA and the silly Delta smelt

Don't know anything about California, so I have a question...

Can California divert less water to the big cities of that state?

It would entail a water conservation effort in the cities, but if there isn't enough water for all uses, then all uses will have to make do with less.

The most inept Administration in the nation's history. Too bad the first (half) black President will go down in shame when the Magnificent Ouster takes place in 2012. I'm actually starting to sympathize for him.
